Meet your next Representative

Sarah Miller was born in 1995 in Dallas, TX to her American father and Mexican mother. She is proud to be a descendant of the Daughters of the American Revolution. Sarah is also proud of her maternal heritage. In 2021, she became a naturalized citizen of the United Mexican States. Sarah primarily speaks Spanish at home and later learned Portuguese. She loves dogs and has two rescues.

From an early age, her parents instilled the importance of education, good work ethic, independence, perseverance, and her faith in God. Sarah is a graduate from South Houston High School where she graduated 9th in her class. After high school, Sarah worked two jobs while attending college. Going to school by day and working late night shifts was stressful, but it taught her the value of hard work and perseverance. Soon, Sarah earned her Bachelor's of Business Management with a specialization in International Business.

Sarah began working for a non-profit organization in 2018. There she learned the importance of teamwork, leadership and community engagement. Her ability to effectively communicate the mission, organize events and relate to her community makes Sarah an actionable leader.

Recently, Sarah has felt drawn to serve the members of her community via political activism. The ideals that she learned from her family resonates deeply within her as she seeks to preserve the Constitutional rights of every American.

Sarah's experience within the public education has inspired her to place a large emphasis on education. Unfortunately, the high school graduation rate in Texas' 29th Congressional District is 65.5% (compared to the national average of 86%). Current politicians in power have done nothing to help improve that statistic. The college graduation rate is lower, at 11.6% (yet the Democrat party wants the majority to fund post-secondary education for a small minority). None of this will not help our community grow. Students need school options that will prepare them for a career right after high school.

Today, Sarah is a candidate for Texas' 29th Congressional District. Sarah is a voice for the voiceless and the leadership change that the constituents deserve. She will fiercely fight to preserve the values of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

Current politicians lack the leadership this district needs. There is no time left to waste! Sarah firmly believes policies should be passed based on outcome, not intention. As your next Congresswoman, Sarah will always stand by her beliefs and the United States Constitution.
